• American Animal Hospital Association This site explains why we have chosen to become an AAHA accredited hospital.
• Animal Health Care  Provided by the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), this is a great site for answering commonly asked questions, it also gives information on seasonal problems and even has a section for kids.
• Choosing a new puppy  This is a nice starter guide of things that you should consider when you are thinking about getting a puppy.
• The Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA)  The Cat Fanciers' Association website has lots of pictures, as well as information on cat breeds, cat care, upcoming cat shows, and much more.
• Behaviour problems   Founded by Brian Kilcommons and Sharon Wilson, best-selling authors and recognized experts on animal training and behaviour. This site is a terrific resource for advice on a variety of behavioural problems. If you want to learn more about feline housesoiling, barking dogs, aggression, or any other behavioural problem, check this one out.
• Heartworm Society   Everything you ever wanted to know about heartworm disease can be found here.
• Association of Pet Loss and Bereavement  This site provides support during this most difficult time. You will find inspirational stories, grief counseling resources, a hotline number and many other resources.
• Rainbow Bridge  Anyone who has ever lost a pet should visit this wonderful site. It is a terrific tribute to our lost family members
• ASPCA Toxic and Non-Toxic Plant Listing  This  provides information for the pet owner.
• Plants Toxic to Animals - Illiniois University  Information about toxic plants can be found here. You can search under common name or scientific name of the plant.
• American Association of Feline Practitioners  The AAFP is like the American Medical Association for cat doctors, and has good information regarding feline health.

• Dog Breeds - This a useful link to explore various dog breeds in the world.  It includes photos, size characteristics, information on temperament, and brief description of the breed in general.
• Cornell University Poisonous Plant Listing - This link provides useful information regarding plants poisonous to humans, pets, and livestock.
