Celebrating Senior Pets

We invite our clients to share a photo and biography of their senior and geriatric pets and when you bring your pet's information to our hospital before April 20th and we will enter you in a draw for some pet products.

When you come in, have a look at the products available for the older pets, such a senior Kongs, ramps, fold-away steps and healthy foods. Come and learn about wellness screening for the aging pet and find out what you can do to make the later years more enjoyable for you and your pet! We have included some links to some great resources too.

These steps and ramps are very helpful inside and out for dogs or cats. Is your pet having trouble getting to his or her favourite napping location? Is your pet having difficulty getting in and out of the vehicle?  Perhaps it's time to invest in one of these compact items. We have some in stock at the hospital and they can be ordered through our online shopping link or browse the catalogue in our hospital.                                       

This is Roscoe, he has been a member of our family since he was about six months old. Now he's five years old and such a big part of our family. He loves to sleep on our living room couch, especially when the sunbeams are warming it. We put this hat on him for his fourth birthday party and he seemed to like modelling it for the camera. Roscoe gets an annual wellness exam and regular vaccinations but now we think we should be thinking about bringing him in twice a year just to be sure he's as healthy as he can be. We want him to be happy and full of enthusiasm for many years to come.
